Are you experiencing a technical issue with our mobile app for iOS or Android?

Before submitting your issue you may want to make sure are using the most current version of the app. If you are unsure you can simply delete/uninstall the DuchenneXchange app and reinstall it. 

Are you experiencing a technical issue with our web app on your web browser?

Before submitting your issue you may want to make sure you have cleared any browser cache. Depending on what browser you are using the process for clearing your cache may be different.  Here is a good "how to" article on how to clear cache on all major browsers: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/how-to-clear-browser-cache/

Are you having an issue joining or logging in?
